We generally process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website along with our content and services. Processing regularly takes place only with the user's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or on the basis of a legal permission (e.g. Art. 6(1)(b), (f) GDPR).
This website is hosted by OMC Internet Services GmbH (Vhost, 4eins.net). The hosting provider automatically collects information transmitted by your browser in so-called server log files, including:
- IP address
- date and time of the request
- page/file accessed
- referrer URL
- browser type and operating system
This data is used to ensure smooth operation and the security of our IT systems (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not combined with other data sources. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the hosting provider.
This website uses cookies to offer certain functions and to analyze usage. We use Complianz | GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent to manage consent. On your first visit to the website, you will be asked via a consent prompt for your permission to use certain cookies. Non-essential cookies are only set after your consent.
Your consent decision made via Complianz is stored so that you are not asked again on every visit. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) or, for technically necessary cookies, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
You can change or withdraw your cookie settings at any time via [insert link/button to cookie settings].
For online table reservations, we integrate the reservation service OpenTable (provided by OpenTable, Inc. or its European entity) on our website.
When you make a reservation via the OpenTable widget, the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, phone number, date, time, number of guests, any special requests) is collected and processed not on our own servers but directly by OpenTable. We only receive from OpenTable the information necessary to process your reservation.
It cannot be ruled out that technical data such as your IP address is already transmitted to OpenTable's servers when the widget loads, regardless of whether an actual reservation is made.
The legal basis for this integration is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation/performance of a contract) and, to the extent consent has been obtained in advance via cookie management, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
For further information on data processing by OpenTable, please refer to OpenTable's privacy policy.
If you contact us by contact form or email, the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, message) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. This data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
This website is available in multiple languages via the Polylang plugin (including "Connect Polylang for Elementor"). A technically necessary cookie may be set to store your selected language preference. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a user-friendly presentation).
You have the following rights against us regarding the personal data concerning you:
- Right to access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Right to withdraw consent given (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding our processing of your personal data.
Competent supervisory authority: Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA)
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the lock icon in your browser's address bar.
